We are still in the process of organising the 2015 Critchley Cup, but I will let you know the details as soon as it is arranged. 

For those who are unaware, St Bees have drawn Loretto in the 1st round of the Halford Hewitt.
If you are interested in playing in this great event, please contact Adrian Peckitt.

In addition, Michael Coffey has asked me to send out the following note (see below) with regards to the 2015 Cyril Gray.

Calling all 50+ OS Beghian golfers!

The Cyril Gray Tournament, played annually in June at the delightful and well-appointed 
WORPLESDON GOLF CLUB in Surrey is a six aside, scratch foursomes match-play competition,
open to the past pupils of the 32 schools who joined the Halford Hewitt most recently,
players must be at least 50 years old at the start of the event,
which this year runs fromWednesday, 24th June – Saturday, 27th June.

There is a practice round (match v Glenalmond) the first round and a Plate.
So even the most unsuccessful Team (not us!) are guaranteed 3 rounds of golf at one the UK top 100 courses (No. 66).

We have excellent and reasonably priced accommodation less than 5 minutes’ drive from the Club at the Rowbarge (www.therowbargehotelandrestaurant.com).

So if you are eligible and would like to have a great golfing experience in good company on a great golf course?
